Refund & Cancellation.
Effective as of February 2026
Astra Resort and Caffe maintains the below cancellation and amendment policy to ensure operational stability and fairness to all guests. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly stated below. No exceptions will be made for personal circumstances, illness, flight cancellations, or any other similar reasons.
01. Date Changes & Amendments
Date Change Surcharge
Any request to change booking dates is subject to availability at the time of request and a mandatory 10% surcharge on the total booking value (non-negotiable). Date changes are not guaranteed and will be treated as a new booking if the original dates are already partially or fully occupied.
One Change Limit
A maximum of one date change is permitted per booking. Subsequent requests will be treated as cancellations and subject to the applicable cancellation charges below.
02. Cancellation Charges
Calculated on total booking amount, not just advance/deposit paid

Notice Period Calculation
The cancellation notice period is calculated from the date the written cancellation request is received (via email only) to the original confirmed check-in date.
Written Cancellation Only
All cancellations must be communicated in writing to the official reservation email. Verbal, WhatsApp, telephone, or third-party cancellations are not accepted.
03. Additional Important Terms
Non-Refundable Advance Payments
Advance payments and deposits are non-refundable beyond the percentages stated in the table above.
Early Check-Out & Reductions
Early check-out, late check-in, or reduction in number of nights/rooms after confirmation attracts no refund for the unused portion.
Group & Special Bookings
Group bookings (5 rooms or more), special packages, festive season bookings (Diwali, Christmas–New Year, long weekends), and promotional / non-refundable rate bookings may be subject to 100% cancellation charges from the date of booking. Please check your booking confirmation for specific rate rules.
Refund Processing
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 30–45 working days after deduction of applicable charges and bank/gateway fees.
Resort-Initiated Cancellations
The resort reserves the right to cancel any booking due to operational reasons, natural calamities, government orders, or safety concerns. In such rare cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued — no compensation beyond that.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation/interruption.
Management reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice. The policy prevailing on the date of booking shall apply.
