We’re planning a new way for customers to use eligible booking-earned Astra Coins toward café bills through the customer payment flow.
Café redemption is not available yet. Eligibility and limits will be published before it launches.
Café bills do not earn Astra Coins. Future redemption will be initiated by the customer, not by staff through admin billing.
What is Astra Club?
Astra Club is Astra Resort’s customer loyalty program. It brings eligible room-booking rewards, Astra Coins and membership information into your customer account.
How do I access my customer account?
Use Sign in to open the existing account flow. If you are creating an account, choose Guest / Astra Club rather than Travel Partner. Existing customer members can view their bookings and wallet in their account.
How do I earn Astra Coins?
Eligible room bookings can earn Astra Coins under the applicable program rules. This overview does not set a fixed earning rate or credit date. Review the information for your booking and contact Astra if you need clarification.
Where can I see my tier and coin balance?
Your customer account shows your membership tier, progress and Astra Coins wallet. Check your wallet activity for credit and expiry details. Benefits, value and eligibility follow the applicable program rules.
Can I use Astra Coins on a room booking?
Coin redemption is available through the customer booking checkout when the booking and wallet are eligible. Review the usable amount and remaining monetary payment at checkout; limits apply.
Can I earn or redeem coins at the café?
Café bills do not earn Astra Coins. Customer café redemption is planned for the next release and is not available yet. It will be customer-initiated, not a way for staff to spend your coins through admin billing. Eligibility and limits will be published before activation.
What if I have a question about a payment or my coins?
Check your booking and wallet activity, then contact Astra with your booking reference if something needs clarification. This page does not change the existing payment, cancellation or refund policies.
