Reservations
- 100% advance payment is required to confirm a reservation.
- Official check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests upon arrival.
Resort Rules
- Astra is a non-smoking property in all indoor and common areas.
- Jacuzzi usage is private and restricted to specific suite categories.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property during their stay.
Cancellation Policy.
At Astra Resort and Caffe Kasauli, we strive to provide exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency. Please review these terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
01. Notification Requirement
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our reservations team or through the official booking portal. Verbal requests or notifications via phone/social media will not be accepted.
02. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show, resulting in the full booking amount being forfeited. The reservation will be released for other guests immediately.
03. Forfeiture of Booking Amount
In the event of any cancellation, regardless of the notice period, the booking amount paid (including deposits or full payments) shall be fully forfeited and non-refundable.
04. Credit Voucher Option
At the sole discretion of the management, select cancellation requests may be considered for the issuance of a credit voucher equivalent to the forfeited amount (minus administrative fees). Vouchers are valid for 3 to 6 months and are transferable to other guests upon request.
05. Force Majeure & Amendments
In cases of natural disasters or government restrictions, management reserves the right to adjust terms on a case-by-case basis. No automatic refunds will be provided. Policy is subject to change without prior notice.
